This website is operated by Taylor & Kobi Needlepoint LLC ("Taylor & Kobi," "we," "us," or "our"). By visiting our site or buying from us, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Our Products

Our needlepoint canvases are hand-painted, so every piece is one of a kind. Small variations in color, line, and placement from the photos are part of the handmade process and are not defects. Colors may also look slightly different depending on your screen.

Canvases are sold unstitched unless the listing says otherwise. Threads, finishing, and framing are not included unless listed.

Digital Patterns

PDF patterns are delivered digitally after purchase. Because they are instant downloads, digital patterns are non-refundable. Each purchase is for your personal use. You may stitch and gift or sell finished pieces you make yourself, but you may not share, resell, or redistribute the PDF file or claim the design as your own.

Custom and Personalized Orders

For personalized items (names, numbers, monograms, custom colors), please double-check your spelling and details before checkout. We paint exactly what is submitted. Personalized items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or we made an error.

Pricing and Payment

Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including orders with pricing errors or suspected fraud. If we cancel an order after you have paid, we will refund you in full.

Intellectual Property

All designs, artwork, photos, and text on this site belong to Taylor & Kobi Needlepoint LLC and may not be copied or reproduced for commercial use without our written permission.

Accuracy of Information

We work hard to keep product details accurate, but we do not guarantee that every description, image, or price is error-free. We may correct errors at any time.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Taylor & Kobi Needlepoint LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or our products. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product involved.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law rules.
